Refund policy

Returning or exchanging a product is simple. The product must be returned in its original condition, as received at the time of purchase, and in its original packaging.

All return or exchange requests must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date, via our Contact page or our WhatsApp number.

In the event of a return, the refund will be issued after receipt and verification of the returned product, either by bank transfer or via Cash Plus.
